🍨Sunday Snack: No Bake Carrot Cake Protein Balls

Bake Carrot Cake Protein Balls are made with organic chopped carrots, raisins, and coconut flakes you will almost believe that you cut a slice of cake…

except without all the calories and processed sugar!

These are amazingly delicious and healthy for you, your friends, and family!

Ingredients

1⁄4 cup Shredded Coconut

1/3 cup Chopped Pecans

1 cup Rolled Oats

2 T Raw Honey

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Ground Ginger

2 T Almond Milk

1/2 cup Shredded Carrots

1⁄4 Cup Raisins

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients into food processor and blend very well until thick and sticky enough to roll into bite sized balls.

2. Place in fridge or freezer and keep for up to a month in advance.
