CEO of Build and Shred Academy | Turner Cavender, gives Athlete Joy Rapp a challenge workout to see if she can hang with him here in the Texas heat.

Workout Routine:

  • 1 Minute Jog
  • 40 Alternating Lunges
  • 1 Minute Jog
  • 20 Bench Push ups
  • 1 Walk (Lower Heart rate down)
  • 40 Bench Knee In-Outs
  • 1 Minute Jog
  • 20 Bench Alternating Step ups
  • 1 Minute Jog
  • 20 Bench Triceps Dips
  • 1 Minute walk (Lower Heart rate down)
  • 20 Squats Jumps
  • 1 Minute Jog
  • 20 Alternating Spiderman Plank
  • 1 Minute Jog
  • 40 Calf Raises
  • 1 Minute walk

Repeat 3 Rounds
