Workout Routine:
- 1 Minute Jog
- 40 Alternating Lunges
- 1 Minute Jog
- 20 Bench Push ups
- 1 Walk (Lower Heart rate down)
- 40 Bench Knee In-Outs
- 1 Minute Jog
- 20 Bench Alternating Step ups
- 1 Minute Jog
- 20 Bench Triceps Dips
- 1 Minute walk (Lower Heart rate down)
- 20 Squats Jumps
- 1 Minute Jog
- 20 Alternating Spiderman Plank
- 1 Minute Jog
- 40 Calf Raises
- 1 Minute walk
Repeat 3 Rounds
