-pause at top with full extension
-2 sets of 12-15 reps
-start with medium weight
-move up in weight every set
3 sets of 8-10 reps
-decrease your weight every set
Dead lift Single Leg Lunge W/ Walking lunges
4 sets of 8-10 reps
rotate out (leg concentration)
keep same weight
*Superset with walking lunges
-bounce at bottom of lunge to fatigue quad
Reverse Hack squat
-4 sets of 12-15 reps
-squeeze at top and stretch at bottom
-turn toes out and keep feet together
(mind muscle connection)
Straight Leg Dead lifts
-3 sets of 12-15 reps
*Superset with kettle bell sumo squats
