2 Fresh Broccoli Heads
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 T Olive Oil
1 T Butter
1. Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium heat. Slice tops of broccoli heads into skillet and mix into olive oil and cook for about 15 min. or until dark green and soft.
2. Remove skillet from heat. Add butter and top with cheese. Serve.Parmesan Broccoli
